When this homeware store first approached us, they wanted to grow their online store sales, but weren’t sure what was possible.

They'd never run ads before, but really wanted to increase their online sales volume so they could minimise their dependence on foot traffic & in-store sales - especially after seeing the impact of all the restrictions over the last couple of years.

They were relying on organic social media tactics such as Instagram stories, Facebook posts and reels.

Whilst these were great for engagement, it just wasn’t helping move the needle in terms of online sales. Plus, these posts seemed to be reaching less and less people, with only a few sales trickling in online.
